Weeeeeeeekend.................

Well I had a great weekend--- Kristin and Zachy came up and we went out to dinner and shopping and some other fun things while they were here...... It really makes me miss having them live down the street for me!!! Booo, hhhhhssssss!!!! Anyways and then yesterday we had an interesting meeting with the Bishop.. It was 5th Sunday so the whole ward met with him and the topic was having Food Storage and what would happen if there was an emergency and where we would meet at a ward so he could make sure we were all ok... Anyways-- it got me thinking about how I need to get some sort of Food Storage and atleast have a 72 hour kit somewhere in my house..... It also clicked in my head that I don't live at home anymore--- and I am a GROWN UP scary) so I need to get on the ball and get some things together... I am not sure if I like this grown up thing too much!!!!

Well People I got a new phone!!!! I went to Sprint last night and they guy talked me into a new phone--- a real fancy one if you ask me!!! So anyways I got the Rumor phone and it was $50 with a $50 mail in rebate...... So we will see, anyways I got the white one and seem to enjoy it as of right now!!!

Jealous and Excited!

Well first of all I do have to say that I am a little bit jealous of my sister Kimberley and her kids, they are in El Paso for a week... And yes I know that I just was there but its 85 there and nice and its just HOME....

AND everyone should be very proud of me!!! I am taking one step further and starting to go to Institute tonight-- The Miracle of Forgivness~ Should be really fun! I have been really trying to go to all my wards activites and things so this is just one more thing that my Bishop has asked us to attend!

Easter Weekend!

Well I hope everyone had a great Easter.... It seemed really early for me and I am sad that is now over because it sure does not feel like Spring outside!!! Its getting there but not yet!!! Anyways on Saturday I went to lunch with some friends at Maddox and then I helped Delaney start the landscaping on her yard but hauling rocks from the ditch to her flower beds, and then we built a dog kennel and cleaned her windows... Yeah, I haven't done that since I lived in El Paso at my parents house!!! Anyways, I then made it down to Tooele to spend the night, so I made a stop at the Whites house just as Olivia was going to bed so I got to see her for a few minutes!!! After a few hours at their house I made it to the West's and spent the night there!! It was so fun and Brandon's parents even hid eggs with my name on it for me!!! I really can't thank them enough-- it was ALOT of fun!!! After church Donald came out and we went to Grandma Koven's house for dinner with all of the West clan--- and once again they hid eggs for us there!!! It was alot of fun and I managed to NOT take any pictures!!!! Anyways, Kristin did so here are a few of them!!!!

Tragic, tragic Week! and Rice comes to the Rescue

Well I have had a very tragic week here up in Logan..... And it ALL started on Tuesday!!! Well I was leaving work and I put my water bottle in my purse and walked downstairs to Pediatrics and by the time I walked down the stairs there was about an inch or 2 of water sitting in the bottom of my purse... and my phone AND digital camera were basically swimming! So I hurried and took all the contents of my purse out and dried everything as much as I could-- and while I was doing that all I hear is the sound my phone makes when its turning off.... So I was like "oh crap".... I dry it off and try to turn it back on and nothing.... so I take off the battery and dry more STILL nothing..Meanwhile I check my camera and its perfect-- turns on and takes pictures so that was good. So I just decided that I would go home and stick it in a bag of rice ( I have heard the rice will soak up all the water) so I did and to my avail-- IT WORKED!!!! So yay happy ending to one part.... So on Wednesday I get to work and needed to take a picture of something and brought out my camera and you guessed it.... It no worky! Ahh, crap is my first thought--- but I keep my composure and take out the batteries and memory card and think I will let it dry, and it will work.... Well all day I keep trying and nothing still does not work, so I even go as far to e-mail my mom to see where "Santa" got my camera so I can go buy a new one or something--- but I went home and put it in a bag of rice and waalaa-- IT WORKS!!! Rice who knew it was a miracle worker!!! Now everything is hunky dory and I am ready to snap pictures for Easter!!!

And to top it ALL off-- have you seen the price of gas these days???? $3.17 here-- thats alot of money!

Back to the Old Grind.......

Well its back to the Old Grind for me.... Its actually really bitter sweet--- because El Paso is HOME and I love every minute of it and wish that I could move back because I would in a heart beat... It was really nice to be there with Jennise and Olivia we had a good time, and was really sad when we had to leave on Monday-- and yes we drove the whole way back on Monday and suprisingly only got pulled over once--- or should I say Jennise got pulled over!!! hahaha-- anyways it was great to be there and I miss it oh so much!!! But someone has to work and earn the money here so that would be ME.... Work work work--- thats about all I do these days!

I am also very VERY excited that The Hills is starting up again (March 24th for all you fans).... I can't wait.. Hooray!!!

Little Big Town and Styx

Well today Western Technical College had a really cool Fun day I guess you could say-- out on Biggs Army Air Field for the soliders who been to war or those that are getting ready to go... They had all the free food and beer you could ask for (I really went for the beer) Haha, but anyways they said to expect about 9,000 people there and I don't think that there where that many but there sure were alot, and if it wasn't practically nessesary for people in the Military to smoke and drink I might of tried to get a few numbers BUT I decided not too-- darn it... Anyways it was really fun and at the end of the night they had a concert for everyone and Little Big Town and Styx performed... They were both great and would totally go again!!!

Well I have made it!

Well I have made it to El Paso in one piece!!! My sister Jennise and I left her house at about 5:45 ish and we drove till 3:00 am in Los Lunas and spent the night there and got up yesterday morning and finised the last 3 hours of the job!!! Yipee-- Olivia was such an angel she slept and ate and didn't cry one bit!!! Anyways today we are just going to relax and hang out--- I have a nasty cold and Jennise has sort of one!!! Have a fantastic day!!! :)
